Suzanne Cattell

Owner/President

Suzanne brings over 25 years of qualitative market research experience to every project. Her standard of  “excellence always” was the foundation for success while managing data collection operations for Marketing and Research Counselors (MARC) in Atlanta. After moving to Orlando, Suzanne continued to implement training and quality data collection as an independent contractor. Her clients included Frito-Lay, Reynolds Tobacco and Darden Restaurants. Suzanne opened About Orlando Market Research in 1997 with a focus on “excellence always” as its driving force. Since 1998 About Orlando has received “Top Rated” recognition by the Impulse Survey of Focus Facilities. She is a member of the Marketing Research Association (MRA) and has earned the Professional Researcher Certified (PRC) designation. Suzanne holds a BA from The University of Iowa.

Melanie Meisner

Project Manager

Melanie joined About Orlando in 2007 as Project Manager. Melanie began her market research career at About Orlando Market Research as an intern before her senior year at Florida State University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. As an intern, her experience as a recruiter was preparation for her role as Project Manager. Melanie is responsible for all aspects of providing a quality recruit including hiring and training, sample preparation and management, effective client communication and daily staff briefings. She also assists with on site arrangements and tech services. Melanie is a primary ingredient of our Quality process!

Betty Wyche

Team Leader

Betty joined the About Orlando team in 2003 as a telephone recruiter and quickly became an integral part of our staff as a Team Leader. In addition to being known as our quota "guru" Betty monitors employees to ensure quality recruiting standards are met. She is committed to making sure each respondent is completely qualified and on time for the project. When clients ask why we have such a great show rate, our response is "Betty."

Sally Wright

Team Leader

Sally joined the About Orlando's recruiting staff in 2004 and has demonstrated excellence as a recruiter and Team Leader. Sally plays an important role in new employee training. Newbies work at Sally's side for multiple days until she determines they can work independently. In addition, Sally assists with product preparation for placement, taste test set up, product inventory and lots of other shopping and market research "adventures."
